Welcome to PlayerCraft. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PlayerCraft website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by PlayerCraft Ltd ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Service. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

3. Service Description

3.1 Platform Overview

PlayerCraft is a platform that connects basketball players with coaches and facilities. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communications between users, coaches, and facility providers.

3.2 Role as Intermediary

We act as an intermediary between players, coaches, and facilities. While we vet coaches and facilities, we do not directly provide coaching services or facility management. We are not responsible for the quality or safety of services provided by third parties through our platform.

3.3 Service Availability

We strive to ensure the Service is available at all times, but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Booking Process

When you book a coaching session or facility through our Service, you enter into an agreement with the coach or facility provider. We facilitate this process but are not a party to this agreement.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to comply with the terms of our payment processors. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by coach and facility. Generally, the following rules apply:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time receive a full refund
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled time receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable

Specific coaches or facilities may have different policies, which will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Account Usage

You agree to use your account only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content and activity associated with your account.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, or harm the Service or its servers
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Collecting or harvesting user data without consent
• Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Posting or transmitting malicious code or content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or system areas

5.3 Health and Safety

Basketball and physical training involve inherent risks. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you are physically capable of participating in basketball activities
• Following coach instructions and facility rules
• Using appropriate protective equipment
• Disclosing any medical conditions that might affect your ability to participate safely

6. User Content

6.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, including profile information, reviews, and messages. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

6.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Contains personal or private information about others without consent
• Promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

6.3 Content Monitoring

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and review content posted through the Service. We may remove or refuse to display content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PlayerCraft Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written consent

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayerCraft Ltd and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Physical injuries or accidents occurring during coaching sessions or facility use

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the 12 months preceding such claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PlayerCraft Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PlayerCraft Ltd regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the subject matter.
