We conduct a thorough skills assessment during your first session, evaluating technical abilities, basketball IQ, and athletic qualities. Based on this evaluation, we'll recommend the appropriate developmental level. We continually reassess as you progress, and you can move between levels as your skills develop. The goal is to place you where you'll be challenged but not overwhelmed.

While results vary depending on your starting point, practice consistency, and natural aptitude, most players see noticeable improvements within 4-6 weeks. Technical adjustments may be visible sooner, while game application typically takes longer to manifest. We track specific metrics from the beginning, so you'll have objective measures of your progress throughout the programme.

Our standard programme runs for 12 weeks with weekly training sessions (additional sessions available). Each week builds upon previous learning in a carefully designed progression. You'll receive a player workbook with home practice assignments between sessions, and we'll conduct periodic video assessments to track your progress. The programme culminates with a final evaluation and recommendations for continued development.

Yes, we offer specialized skill-specific modules for players who want to focus on particular aspects of their game. These targeted programmes typically run for 6 weeks and dive deep into one skill area (shooting, ball handling, etc.). However, we generally recommend a holistic approach since basketball skills are interconnected, and improvements in one area often depend on developments in others.
