Standard sessions are 60 minutes, which includes warm-up, targeted skill work, and cool-down. We also offer extended 90-minute sessions for more intensive training. The first session is typically 75 minutes to allow time for assessment and goal setting.

For optimal results, we recommend weekly sessions to maintain momentum and allow time to practice new skills between meetings. More serious players often schedule twice-weekly sessions, while recreational players might opt for bi-weekly sessions.

Just bring appropriate athletic clothing, water, and your basketball shoes. We provide all necessary training equipment, including basketballs, cones, resistance bands, and other training aids. If you prefer to use your own basketball, you're welcome to bring it.

Results vary depending on your starting point and commitment to practice between sessions. Most players see noticeable improvement in targeted skills after 4-6 sessions with consistent practice.
